Noise is a public health problem, not just a 'nuisance'. With Coalition funding, internationally acclaimed noise expert, Arline Bronzaft, PhD came and spoke at the County Airport Advisory Board's March meeting. Dr. Bronzaft was engaging and informative, and you can view her presentation and the Q&A that followed (starting at minute 26:30). It's worthwhile and even uplifting despite the troubling reality that excessive noise impacts our health.
